To submit a film/video, send the following materials:

  • An NTSC VHS tape or DVD of your submission (Be sure to label the tape’s face and spine or the face of the DVD)

  • A signed entry form

  • The checklist

A press kit including hard copy of:

  • a synopsis

  • a director’s bio

  • filmography

  • a cast list

  • a list of all previous festival screenings

  • a list of all awards received

Plus, on floppy disc or CD:

  • two stills from your film/video

  • a photo of the director

  • a synopsis

  • a director’s bio

  • filmography

  • a cast list

  • a list of all previous festival screenings

  • a list of all awards received

  • Your submission fee. If required, please make your check or money order payable to Imagenation Film Festival.

Please note, you must submit ALL of the requested materials. Your submission materials will not be returned. All submission will be entered into the Imagenation archives.
